Lovin' Life

Recently, I was asked by a Bride what I liked more: kids or weddings and I had to say "I love them both for the same reason"! Children just don't see the camera like we adults do. They aren't afraid to make silly faces and play with me in front of the camera! Weddings are somewhat the same. Everyone is really busy and their minds are on other things than the camera, so I get lots of images filled with emotion. Emotion and life is what I love! I am so very blessed to have my life filled with it! So....not too long ago I photographed Miss Taylor and as you can see she was full of life! Boy did we have a blast! Thanks Tay!

Many Blessings,

Courtney

Courtney & Rob- The Wedding

If just one phase could describe a couple- Happy-Go- Lucky would describe Courtney and Rob. Courtney had to be the most laid back bride I have worked with, and Rob was just so easy going. I have to say that this is the first wedding that I got a little choked up at. When Courtney and her Dad were dancing and then her little man joined in, it made me a little emotional. I am usually so focused though the lens, but this was just too sweet. It was so touching to see three people so close and full of joy! Thank you so much for spending your day with me. I truly feel honored!

Much Love,

Courtney

Sam I Am!

What a great young man! Sam and I shared several laughs this morning between the rain showers. We had so much fun and he even let me have a peek at his super cool room! This images are some of my recent favorites!

Love is in the Air

Spring has sprung so I have been really busy with lots of e-sessions. Abby, Drew and I had a great time getting a few amazing shots in before their wedding this fall. These two had the most beautiful eyes and a wonderful love for each other. I had a great time and so did they!

2009 Giveaways!

OK! OK! It looks like everything is getting more expensive on a daily basis, but there is one thing that is priceless, your memories, whether it is a first step, a tear running down the grooms cheek, or a mother kissing her soon to be graduate. Time doesn't stand still, but we can capture those treasured moments and turn them into art that you can keep forever. Because there are a few things in life that just have to be photographed by a professional, I have decided to help you out with the costs of life:

Any Bride that books a 2009 wedding with Green Apple Photo will be eligible to win their package for free- minus a small portion of your deposit. Whatever package you book, if you are our winner you will be refunded your deposit minus $500. That means you get me, Courtney Matevey and everything in your package for $500. Brides, you must book your wedding before December 31, 2008. Also, if you have already booked your wedding with another photographer, you cannot cancel and be eligible.

2009 Seniors- If you book your senior session with me, you will automatically be entered to win a $500 scholarship to the school of your choice. You can use it on books or tuition! I feel education is the key in life and am happy to help you in your venture! You must book your session before Sept. 30th to be eligible!

Moms- Life is expensive right now. Gas is high and don't get me started on groceries (we have to by almost all organic due to my son's health)! I don't want you to have to miss out on beautifully photographing those milestones in your child's life. Therefore, if you book a session with me between May 1st and Nov 1st you will be entered to receive a gift of $250 cash to be spent absolutely anywhere, just in time for Christmas!

I hope this helps! Many Blessings!

Courtney

Forward in time
